Character Options
When creating a character from Revanthas or the surrounding area, your character gains a bonus feat
and equipment package based on the region he or she is from. Check with your Fate, and decide whether your character
is from Revanthas or from one of the surrounding regions (you may need your Fate's permission to be from one of the
surrounding regions). If you are from Revanthas, you must decide whether you are from the city, the woods (Feyra
Settlement), or the mountains (the Mines of Tharrn).
Your choice determines which bonus feats and equipment packages there are for you to choose from. Study the
tables below corresponding to your region of choice and select one bonus feat and one equipment package. These are
in addition to everything that you would normally gain at 1st level (you will still have one or more bonus feats
that you get as a 1st-level character, in addition to the bonus feat you select here, as well as gold to purchase
your starting equipment).
In addition to the options listed by region, you also gain additional options based on your race and any
organizations to which you belong. Find your race in the Racial Bonus Options section, below, and add those feats
to the list from which you can select from based on your region. Also, if you belong to any of Revanthas's
many organizations (see the Organizations page for details), find those regions
in the Organizational Bonus Options, below, and add the feats and equipment packages there to the list of options
available to you based on your region. Speak with your Fate if you are interested in belonging to one of the
organizations found here.
Some of the regions and organizations have special requirements you must meet, which are listed below, in Table:
Association Restrictions. You must belong to one of the races and classes listed with your region or organization
in order to join, as well as meeting any additional requirements there might be. Some exceptions can be made, so
speak to your Fate.
